Pink Fairy

1 1/2 oz. Fusion X-rated Vodka Liqueur
1 1/2 absinthe (we used La Feé Parisian)

Stir with ice 'til very cold, strain and pour into chillled champagne flute.

Royal Pink Fairy

Same as above, but top flute with champagne.

Stockholm Syndrome

Not content with the average Cosmopolitan (and feeling it has been done to death), we decided to fool with it and give it a distinctive Swedish twist. . .

4 oz Absolut Citron
1 oz Lingonberry Concentrate (From Ikea)
3 oz water (to dilute the Lingonberry concentrate)
1 oz Grand Marnier

Pour ingredients over ice in cocktail shaker. Shake for 25 seconds, stain into two chilled martini glasses.

(Optional: garnish with 3-4 fresh Lingonberries)

Bee Sour

2 oz Hidden Marsh Bee Vodka
2 oz Fresh lemon Juice
1 oz Simple syrup or agave syrup or 1/2-3/4 oz Honey
1 oz Egg White
2 Dashes Angustora Bitters

Shake vigorously with or without Ice (no ice makes of better foam). Pour into Old Fashioned Glass with i
ce. Garnish with slice of lemon and Marashino cherry.
Variation:Put drops of Angustora Bitters on top of foam like Pisco Sour
