By Laura Fredrick 1 oz Berentzen Cherry 1 oz Irish Whiskey 3 oz Energy Drink Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled Collins glass. Stir gently and serve. Garnish with lime wedge.

Apple of My Eye

  By Laura Fredrick 1.5 oz Cognac 1.5 oz Berentzen Apple .5 oz Lemon Juice Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a sugar rimmed martini glass. Garnish: Green apple slice

Ohka – Japanese for Cherry Blossom 60ml( 2 oz.) gin 15ml (1/2 oz.) lemon juice 5-6 dashes of cecil and merl bitters 7.5ml (1/4 oz.) crème de violette Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Pop’s Milk Punch

Pop’s Milk Punch (Eric Johnson, Sycamore Den) 2 oz. Cruzan Black Strap Rum .75 oz. cane syrup 3 oz. milk 1 oz espresso 3 dashes vanilla extract Nutmeg Served cold. Make accordingly to the size of your Dad’s thermos.

A Aviation Variation

2 oz Macchu Pisco. 5 oz lemon juice 1/4-1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur 1/4 oz  Creme de Violette Shake gin, lemon and luxardo with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Drizzle the  Creme de Violette into glass Garnish with cherry You can also choose to sweeten with agave or a little simple syrup

Broken Heart Cocktail

2 parts Broken Shed vodka 1 part pomegranate and/or cranberry juice 1/2 to 1 part Triple Sec or Cointreau Mix ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Add pomegranate seeds and/or cranberries for decoration.

Anejo Kiss

1 1/2 oz. Tequila Partida Anejo 1/2 oz Creme de Cacao (white) 1 oz. Amarula Cream Mix ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
