Benedictine and Otard Cognac in one bottle !
Quick synopsis of the review
While better than a number of Bacardi’s rums around this price point, the “Havana Club” Añejo Blanco is ultimately disappointing.
Unless you have a taste for solvents I would avoid this stuff.
If you like sweet tarts this one is for you….
More manly sounding but tastes like a fake strawberry rum.
Think watermelon gummi bears or lifesavers dissolved in cheap rum .
The Diet Coke version of a Mojito
Actually fairly mild, decently done, and not overly spiced.
Kiddie candy chemical raspberry is a kind description
The top selling rum in the world- or so they would like everyone to believe.
This liqueur is a mixture of over 27 plants, and alcohol made by Benedictine Monks since at least the middle ages (around 1510 A.D.)
Quite an eye opening experience of what Bacardi can actually produce when they want to be serious about rum. A huge step up from their usual !
First new Grey Goose flavor in five years. Lets hope they wait another five before they inflict another one….
