Montezuma Sour

1 1/2 oz ounces Judd’s Wreckin’ Ball Whiskey
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon of bar / castor / superfine sugar (dissolves more easily than regular sugar) or 1 0z of simple syrup
1 small egg white
Shake for about 30 seconds to froth the egg white ( at least- longer the better)Strain into coup glass and garish foam with 3 drops of Bitters (float the bitters on the foam)
For a little flair you can use a toothpick to draw the bitters into patterns but you may lose the flavor texture if you make them too thin)
Swamp Buggy

1 oz oz Judd’s Wreckin’ Ball Whiskey
1 oz Green Chartreuse
1 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
1 oz fresh lime juice
Pour into shaker over ice
Shake for 30 seconds to dilute and chill a bit more than usual
Strain into cocktail glass
Bitter Wreck

1 oz Aperol Bitters
1/2 oz VSOP Cognac
Combine over ice in shaker.
Shake with vigor for 30 seconds.
Strain into martini glass.
Garnish with lemon peel.
Wreckin’ Tonic

1 oz Wreckin’ Ball Whiskey
Juice of 1 Lime
4 oz Tonic Water
Pour into chilled highball glass over ice (you can rim the glass with lime juice and salt if you like). Enjoy!
Wrekin’ Ball

4 oz Ginger Ale
Ice
Place Ice in highball glass,
Add Whiskey
Fill with Ginger Ale
Stir gently to mix
Lemon Zest optional

3/4 oz of Sweet (Red) Vermouth
Combine in shaker over ice, shake 20 seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass, garnish with Maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
Note: The original version was based on the 1922 silent Rudolph Valentino movie about bullfighting. First recording of recipe was 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book which uses Scotch.
Variations on the Theme:
Use 1/4-1/2 oz Cassis instead of Cherry Liqueur (Unnamed)
Use 1/4-1/2 oz Creme de Yvette instead of Cherry Liqueur( Unnamed)
Dryer version

2 Dashes Oranges Bitters (Regans No. 6 recommended)Combine in shaker over ice, shake 20 seconds.

Strain into old fashioned glass
Dust with fresh grated nutmeg

1 oz orange juice (variation 1/2 oz Solerno and 1/2 Luxardo Fernet -no vermouth or orange juice)
1 1 oz kummel ( or aquavit such as Krogstad)
1-2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Shake over ice 20 seconds strain into cocktail glass
