Ohka – Japanese for Cherry Blossom

  • 60ml( 2 oz.) gin
  • 15ml (1/2 oz.) lemon juice
  • 5-6 dashes of cecil and merl bitters
  • 7.5ml (1/4 oz.) crème de violette

Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry or flamed lemon peel

Variation is to drizzle the crème de violette into the drink after shaking and decanting the other ingredients

Strain and serve up in a coupe or martini glass.
