With its Earl Grey-infused Purity Vodka, this drink is fit for Londoners and at-home Olympic spectators alike. A chilled twist on hot tea is perfect for the sweltering summer season.

OLYMPIAN ELIXIR

2 oz Earl Grey-infused Purity Vodka
1 oz fresh lemon juice
.75 oz runny honey (3:1 honey: hot water)

Place one teabag of Earl Grey into an iSi Gourmet Whip N2O canister with Purity Vodka. Double charge and let sit for two minutes. Rapidly release the gas and allow to sit until bubbling subsides. Strain out solids. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until ice cold. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
