Type: Barrel Proof Well done and tasty barrel proof wheat whiskey proves that wheat does have a place in whiskey making as a primary and not just an adjunct ingredient in a whiskey.
Type: Barrel Proof Damn fine Bourbon and Favorite of the Elijah Barrel Proof releases so far!
Type: Barrel Proof Another release of a full and robust Barrel Proof Elijah Craig to enjoy and add to your whiskey archive!
Type: Barrel Proof Well done blending for the first expression for 2023! Reccomended.
Type: Barrel Proof Always a good solid bourbon. This batch seems a touch heavier on the nose in a nice way and delivers a full-bodied hearty bourbon at a modest price
Type: Barrel Proof Have to say not a fan of this release. I used to think I generally liked the September releases better in any given year, but this one seems to be a bit out of balance to me
Type: Barrel Proof Decent release and worth getting if you can find it.
Type: Barrel Proof While not an OMG experience, it is a rock-solid bourbon and almost a steal at $60 for a barrel proof bottling.
Type: Barrel Proof Well done slightly more approachable off the shelf than some of the other releases and a good buy for the money.
Type: Barrel Proof Highly recommend this particular release as the pick of the litter for this year! Less oak and char notes and a touch sweeter.
Grab it if you can!
Type: Barrel Proof One of the drier expressions of the Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Series
Type: Barrel Proof Favorite release of this Elijah Craig Barrel Proof series in a few years!
Much better IMHO than a number of the releases especially lately.
Type: Barrel Proof A nice return to an old school bourbon style. This release is much closer to what bourbon used to be and it is nice to see Elijah Craig return to its roots
Type: Barrel Proof An outstanding example of what a corn whiskey can be !
Type: Barrel Proof Decent if not spectacular. More of an investment than a drinking bottle for the low-life bottom feeders that engage in such a trade as it will no doubt be a limited edition and much sought-after bottle. Yes, I think a Heaven Hill aficionado would enjoy it quite a bit and it is worth trying if you can, but maybe not buying an entire bottle as it is pricey for what it is. Leave it to the speculators and shallow egotists and buy some of their more modestly priced releases for enjoyment.
Type: Absinthe Spoon Holder, Barrel Proof An Excellent Bourbon that has an intriguing backstory and proves that innovation can result in bringing back long lost taste profiles, and for some of us, memories…
Type: Barrel Proof One of the best buys in bourbon right now. Yes, it is a relatively mass-produced whiskey, but it is a nicely done barrel-proof release of good bourbon to start with and the price/value ratio is a lot higher than a lot of newer craft whiskies that frankly are not as good – especially for the money.
Type: Barrel Proof An altogether much drier version than the A120 Release.
Type: Barrel Proof Well done release with lots of flavor. If you like the Larceny Barrel Proof series this is one one the better ones recently.
Type: Barrel Proof A nice somewhat incremental improvement over the last batch with a bit more dark fruit flavors than the last batch. Nicely Done !
Type: Barrel Proof An excellent batch to kick off the new year! A touch higher proof than the last but very harmonious and some good depth to it.
