One of my favorite highland anejo tequilas.
As a line of tequila I can say forget about all those traumatic experiences with celebrity backed or endorsed spirits – this line of tequila is actually excellent and this Anejo in particular is nicely done.
Pot stills and pedigreed agaves
Blows away Bacardi on quality and price
If you want one of the best high end Puerto Rican rums this is it – half the money and better than the comparable Bacardi rum
One of the very few that use NEW oak barrel so you get all the wood and no whiskey influence – just pure tequila.
A lot of attention and care went into this tequila and it shows.
Alembic distillation, aging in Jequitibá Rosa barrels, single estate, organic, and outstanding flavor. This one pretty much has everything anyone might want in a Cachaca.
A very light and mild version of Sotol, or maybe the vodka of Sotol to be less charitable.
Very nice, makes a great present but maybe a bit pricey
Really, a helluva buy for the money.
An outstanding, old school artisanal cachaca with a sense of terroir
Nicely done 5 year old mescal. Very good value and worthy addition to a collection
A handcrafted cachaca produced in copper alembic type copper stills, aged in oak barrels for 2 years and certified organic.
A lovely expression of a cachaca, certified organic and bottled in a recycled glass bottle for those who care about such things.
One of the best $20 bottles of rum you can get your hands on.
Very smooth but intense.
A good anejo mezcal for a good price
Very good, subtle, but pricey.
Subtle, smoky seductive. . . a revelation.
An almost complete departure from your usual cachaca – made in small batches in a copper alambic type still rather than a column still and aged for 2-3 years in oak and jequitiba barrels.
I think they should have dumped it rather than bottled it.
Kind of like sex with a hooker.
A lot of brandy or cognac type flavor notes make this a tequila to be enjoyed slowly
The ultimate luxury Tiki AND Tequila package featuring a most impressive tequila.
