Type: Green (Verte) More of a Pastis than an Absinthe, particularly because of it’s lack of a specific type of wormwood ( which from a taste standpoint can be a plus for some people) but pleasant enough, and moderately priced.

Type: Rhum Agricole A great, flavorful, and complex rhum very modestly priced. One of my favorite go to’s for a white rum.
Grand Absente, Absinthe Originale
Type: Green (Verte) Decently made if not overly exciting. High proof compared to many others for the price

Type: London Dry The only really blue gin out there , deriving most of its color from Iris Flowers. French with a 4x distilled wheat grain base and botanicals.
