Type: Honey Base Smooth as glass, flavors delicate as crystal, and extremely well made from one of natures most expensive ingredients with an obsessive attention to detail and quality. Outstanding !
Type: Hand - Crafted American Vodka, New York State Well made, slightly sweet and silky, just the way we like them.
Type: Brandy, Eau De Vie, New York State, New York State apples A well made aged applejack
Type: Fruit, Micro Distilled, Small Batch A very flavorful aged applejack that is very smooth and not a lot of money for the quality you get.
A very well-made example of a very much overlooked eastern European specialty liqueur.
Type: Quebranta A nicely done and very smooth pisco. Will change your mind about pisco for the better.
Type: Cognac VSOP Decent well made cognac. For someone who doesn’t want the usual suspects in a VSOP
Type: Blanco, Highlands, Plata, Silver Forget about all those traumatic experiences with Celebrity backed or endorsed spirits – this one is actually excellent.
Type: Cognac VSOP Interesting for a bolder, mixing, cognac but pricey especially for 80 proof
Interesting but somewhat pricey. Very smooth with citrus notes.
Type: Blended Excellent for a Canadian Whisky, but a touch pricey….
Type: Rhum Agricole A Beautifully Done Semi Dry Rhum Agricole. A treat to both eye and palette.
A lovely true, aged genever that really shows how great genevers can be like. Highly Recommended!
Given the cost of craft beer, buy a decent safe, and sturdy growler to keep your beer in!
Type: Barrel Proof Decent release and worth getting if you can find it.
Type: Barrel Proof One of the drier expressions of the Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Series
Interesting , but somewhat , shall we say simpler, (not to use the dirty word-light) expression of an Elijah Craig bourbon. Buy to compare to their other expressions and maybe use to break the newbies in.
Type: London Dry (Newer Style ) A bit odd and very citrus forward. Not entirely sure I know what to make of it.
Type: Blanco, Plata, Rhum Industrial Quite an eye opening experience of what Bacardi can actually produce when they want to be serious about rum. A huge step up from their usual !
Type: American Grain, American Whisky, Four Grain Another notable addition or should I say another addition to the succession of barrel releases of their Four Grain Malt Whiskey.
Even though it is far younger it is very reminiscent of a good Lowland Scotch and other fine malt whiskies .
Type: American Whisky, American White Whiskey, Rye Best unaged rye whiskey we have ever had !
Interesting whiskey with malty chocolate overtones to it.
A failed experiment in my opinion
Type: Kentucky Style, Straight Rye Decently made, if not spectacular. Kind of like the rest of the Knob Creek portfolio in that sense. Upside is reliable and widely available.
Type: Small Batch Not only do you get the extra proof but a lot of subtle aging characteristics and aromas that would have been lost in the proofing down process! Worth the extra money for the extra proof and all the goodness that comes with it!
Type: Barrel Proof A nice somewhat incremental improvement over the last batch with a bit more dark fruit flavors than the last batch. Nicely Done !
Type: New York State It is very rare for us to chose a distiller twice in a row to have a product as spirits of the month but Last Shot Distilling has come out with another great product
Amazing stuff for a 1 year old whiskey- Drinks like a much older Macallan or Redbreast
Type: New York State Possibly one of the best bourbons to come out of New York State so far, by a distillery you probably never heard of.
Type: New York State, Non-chill filtered An outstanding whiskey for a young small barrel bourbon from a distillery barely older than it is .
