Type: Kentucky Style, Straight Rye Decent starter rye but pricey compared to others.
Decent starter rye but pricey compared to others.
Not bad, maybe the best of the worst. Czech Absinth is a grim category generally speaking.
Very interesting but atypical port barrel finished bourbon.
An exciting addition to Apple Countries Apple Jack portfolio.Proof that upstate New York can make decent apple brandy.
One of my favorite highland anejo tequilas.
One of the more floral and fruity single malts even among Speyside Drams, that I have had in a long time and a great bargain too!
Another Benriaxh Single Malt this on with more rum barrel influence and peat added to the mix.
Still a great buy at the price point and a bit more traditional ( read somewhat peaty)
As a line of tequila I can say forget about all those traumatic experiences with celebrity backed or endorsed spirits – this line of tequila is actually excellent and this Anejo in particular is nicely done.
Overall a very nicely done and somewhat understated absinthe of a slightly nontraditional bent.
One of the very few that use NEW oak barrel so you get all the wood and no whiskey influence – just pure tequila.
Delicious and complex if a bit pricey. At least you will get an excellent bottle of tequila for the money.
A lot of attention and care went into this tequila and it shows.
Always a good solid bourbon. This batch seems a touch heavier on the nose in a nice way and delivers a full-bodied hearty bourbon at a modest price
Well done slightly more approachable off the shelf than some of the other releases and a good buy for the money.
Favorite release of this Elijah Craig Barrel Proof series in a few years!
Much better IMHO than a number of the releases especially lately.
Pay more, get less, but collectible I guess? If you want to collect them all or want to show off a limited availability bottle go ahead, otherwise pass on this one.
A well done and tasty whiskey made with sincerity, craft, and a good degree of skill.
One of the best we have ever had – but priced accordingly.
A nicely balanced easy to drink Swiss absinthe
A touch more oily or buttery than the last few releases with pronounced Spanish cedar and oak notes to it.
Well done release with lots of flavor. If you like the Larceny Barrel Proof series this is one one the better ones recently.
One of my favorite releases of this bourbon to date !
Frankly not as big a fan of this release compared to those in the past.
The September 2023 release of Larceny Barrel Proof Bourbon . While not a particular favorite, s solid heated whiskey.
Recommend you go out and buy this one. Develops some interesting brandy-like characteristics upon slight dilution with water from barrel proof.
An excellent batch to kick off the new year! A touch higher proof than the last but very harmonious and some good depth to it.
Very much a love it or hate it proposition.
Unique and delicious in more ways than you can comfortably conceive. A singular single malt in many respects with lots of appeal.
Delicious, and diplomatic.
Real balls in a velvet sack. A well made cognac that mixes well and stands up in a drink with overwhelming or unbalancing the cocktail.
