Distilled on the estate in copper pot stills (of a shape/design particular to Jamaica) then aged in oak casks for 12 years (which is a long time for a rum!).
A blend of over 20 aged rums that are distilled on the estate in copper pot stills .
This rum is hand blended from a range of ages( 5-10 years) to achieve the color and taste profile. A decent, solid rum.
A decent rum for the money, especially for the price/class.
Complex, multi-layered and well done.
Almost a cognac and sherry hybrid.Sweet, thick and plush.
An amusing piece of whimsy to dress up a drink and help people keep track of which drink is theirs. Make a great gift for or a drinks enthusiast, cat fans, or a warning
Little Red Plastic Cocktail Demons to hang off your drink.
Cocktail Monkeys that come in four different bright colors.
If I could I would replace my blood with this.
May have to settle for one of the spirits I would have as my last taste on earth if I could plan such things.
A well done lowland tequila.
If you like Jack Daniels over cognac this one is for you.
Aged in a Solera system to age for upwards of 15 to 25 years.
Excellent liqueur to explore new cocktail frontiers with.Similar but better than Sloe Gin
A decent amaro, fairly rare and unknown in the U.S.
There are a number of Limoni, Lemoncello, and similar types of fruit liqueurs out there. Some domestic, some imported, and of course in widely varying quality.
There are a few different types of sambuca out there. The first is “Sambuca Agrumi” a mix of Star anise and citrus, second is “Stellato” a 100% star anise variety, and the third is Liquirizia which is a star anise and licorice mix.

Utilizing a traditional Dutch or early American Rye grain base (which brings it’s own zest, spiciness ) with a touch of Lavender
One of my favorite highland anejo tequilas.
A unique if not almost singular approach to making an excellent tequila.
Wonderful very traditional tequila at a great price for what you get.
Stick a fork in that Avian Fashion Victim Vodka – It’s Done – Drink Aylesbury Duck Vodka Instead ! It has better body, taste, and less expensive.

An amusing book, but who would trust a baby to mix you a decent cocktail ?
Quick synopsis of the review
While better than a number of Bacardi’s rums around this price point, the “Havana Club” Añejo Blanco is ultimately disappointing.
Unless you have a taste for solvents I would avoid this stuff.
If you like sweet tarts this one is for you….
More manly sounding but tastes like a fake strawberry rum.
